Overview

A complete demolition and new-build extension to a private residence in St Martin.

The existing conservatory was removed to make way for a bright, contemporary flat-roof lounge and dining room, bringing the inside and outside together beautifully. The clients wanted a modern, light-filled space that connected seamlessly with the garden, and the result delivers exactly that:

• Natural Douglas Fir cladding and hydraulic lime render to the exterior
• Full-width powder-coated aluminium sliding doors opening onto a newly landscaped garden
• Glazed opening rooflight flooding the new space with natural light
• A sympathetic design that sits beautifully within its surroundings while feeling unmistakably modern

From design to completion, every detail was carefully considered to create a space that feels both contemporary and completely at home within its surroundings.
